| LEEDS UNITED VICTORIA TRAVEL...
By being a full member of LUV, you can get access to tickets for away games. This is not available through the club, but thanks to our friends at the Bradford Supporters Club, we can make it happen. If coach travel to and from a game is what you require, that can also be arranged. Our contact in England is Jan Zoontjens and she can be reached by contacting Chris Kenner, Secretary of LUV on kenner85@fsmail.net
MATCH TICKET BOOKING POLICY FOR LUV MEMBERS:
Branch members must be aware that whilst there is no problem acquiring tickets for home games, away games can be difficult to impossible due to the LUFC’s ticketing policy.
Booking Tickets
In order to give us a reasonable window for obtaining the tickets, we need to know as far in advance as possible, but a minimum of six weeks prior to the match. Requests should be made on the LUSC ticket booking form through the branch and then sent to Chris Kenner, Secretary of LUV on kenner85@fsmail.net.
Whilst there is no guaranteeing tickets will be available as requested, we will do my utmost to provide tickets.
Payment
Unfortunately due to previous experiences, we require pre-payment.
Payment of £25 per game must be made via the branch into our Australian Visa Debit account at the time of the order. If we are unable to obtain a ticket the money will be refunded to the member via the branch. If ticket prices vary from the £25 then the difference will be refunded if the value of the ticket is lower than £25 and the member will be expected to pay the difference if the value is over £25 (most unlikely).
Refunds
Refunds will only be given if we am unable to obtain a ticket, or if the ticket value is under £25. Once the ticket has been guaranteed there will be no refund if you change your mind.
Please note that the ticket service is only available for members of the supporter club here. Membership for this season enabling the possibilty of tickets being acquired for this season is now closed and our records have been lodged with the powers that be in the holy city (Leeds). |
